An industry leading sanitation process was developed, which exceeded FDA standards for RPC, includes automation, documentation, tracking, and 3rd party quality checks. Re-engineered warehouse layout to improve storage capacity and increase warehouse productivity. Accomplished an upgraded to existing machinery improving production by 25%. Using daily safety meetings and incentive programs my safety team was able to achieve a record of no OSHA reportable incidents/accidents during the time mentioned above. Our cross-training allowed for multiple people to become familiar with pneumatic, burners, conveyors, PLC and stretch wrap machines. We trained in various courses: SAP Red Prairie, PPE, food safety, HAACP, loading/unloading, lockouts, emergency and fire drills.
