I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Dave Wilson on a large Refinery Expansion Project in Canada. As the project identified execution struggles, the Construction Director immediately knew who to call on, Dave Wilson. There were contractor coordination and morale challenges, which were growing to the negative. Dave hit the ground in a sprint, bringing a team mentality to many that had given up on this spirit. He brought a calm, detailed and strategic approach to the project management teams; as well as, refocusing the client. While bringing these teams back to focus with great success, he not only supported safety, he began leading the overall safety efforts.
