Heathrow I am responsible for the complete reward agenda for Heathrow. This includes embedding a whole new approach to reward across a five year regulatory period. Moving away from a predominately public sector framework to one which is commercial and drives employee performance and engagement. Moving away from a predominately public sector framework to one which is commercial and drives employee performance and engagement. A fundamental shift which is being driven by a clear reward strategy aligned to the business priorities and the commitments we have made to our people. In my short time here we have already implemented a new grading system, harmonised the benefits structure, put in place pay ranges, launched a recognition scheme, launched a voluntary benefits scheme, introduced a cash based share incentive scheme for all employees, fundamentally changed our annual bonus schemes, refreshed our approach to REMCO, introduced changes to our DB scheme, re-negotiated the terms of healthcare provision, introduced a total reward concept and total reward statements. I have also been working closely with the Head of ER to make important changes to the negotiated grade landscape. Show less
