      Worked on the Fab24 install, where i started off fitting high purity pipework and then trained as a high purity welder towards the middle of the project. Key Responsibilities: Study schematics and drawings before work commences to plan route of pipework. Liaise with surveyor and foreman to agree location of pipe work. Install brackets according to the schematics. Bend and install high purity pipework from 1/2" to 2". Calibrate and troubleshoot weld plant. Weld test coupon and liaise with weld inspector to clarify weld quality was acceptable. Weld high purity pipework to the highest standards insuring purge is correct. Label pipework and liaise with weld inspector to get pipework signed off and handed over to commissioning team. Show less
