David Whigham is simply outstanding. I was a teacher-candidate at Region 18 in August of 2013 and was stressed out about all of the tests we had to take. I was going into the field of social studies, so imagine how excited I was when I found out a part of one of the major tests I had to take included math (which I hadn't taken in years). David volunteered his time to offer several of us who were in the same boat a math-refresher course to get us up to speed. Long story short, I would not have passed that important test if David did not patiently invest his time and energy into ensuring that each of us understood the math problems and how to do each of them. He is an outstanding professional, and I have heard nothing but great things about him. Region 18 and all of the teacher-candidates are lucky to have him.
