Under the general direction of the Complaints Manager, to investigate and make recommendations about Stage 2 complaints according to statutory and local authority complaints procedures. To deliver the result of Stage 3 review panels within statutory timescales under the Children Act 1989 Representation Procedure (England) Regulations 2006 and to provide an independent assessment of a Stage 2 investigation and further representation from both the complainant and the Local Authority.
