I am responsible for co-ordinating and driving activities for BCI's volunteer community of chapters and forums and supporting the Global Membership Council. The BCI has around 8,000 members with around 40% of this number based in the UK. My role is focussed on facilitating this volunteer activity and also developing the capability of each group so that they can maximise their contribution to the BCI's goals.BCI's volunteers contribute through the organisation of a global events programme, provision of training, awareness raising, mentoring and advocating for the profession.I am currently working on the analysis and identification of different operating models for different global regions and the future implementation of these.
