I worked with Dave at Cranel Inc., where his expertise and resourcefulness were vital to completing implementation projects on time. He is extremely knowledgeable on so many aspects of networking and how technology works with the business. He also goes out of his way to transmit that know-how to his colleagues. He's a great professional and would be a valuable asset to any organization.

Began employment with Microman as delivery driver. Through hard work I was promoted to build cage technician where I was responsible for configuring all computers ordered. I was then promoted to computer technician where I was assigned responsibility for servicing the State Savings Bank account. I was responsible for all computer repairs and new installs that required a person to be in front of the computer. After State Savings Bank was bought out by Fifth Third Bank, I was offered an opportunity to become a manager in a new department of Microman called Telephony and Data Solutions (TDS). TDS was Microman’s telephone system division. Through my seven years with TDS, we went from one service tech to a staff of five service technician’s that I managed. AT that time, TDS was mainly selling, installing, and servicing Vodavi and 3COM VOIP telephone systems. Most installations were for school construction projects and private business. Towards the end of my time with TDS and Microman, I was mainly managing the service technicians and managing the current and upcoming projects as well as providing sales engineering to the TDS and Microman sales staff.
