I worked with aerial historic photos of the state of Iowa from each county. I proceeded to geocode and orthorectify these photos based on satellite imagery and the use of ERDAS Imagine. I also scanned individual photos from the University of Iowa map library onto the server for analysis. For some time, I also worked on address verification for the state of Iowa using ArcGIS.
