      During this period, I was responsible for: -- As Operations Manager:i. Keep track of all our clients, regarding their equipment validation for their use, and contact them to arrange for the best time to conduct our survey.ii. Submit the job to our supervisor, and continue to follow up with him till the end of the job to make sure that the job has been conducted in the most efficient way arranged by me with the client, based on our contract agreement.iii. Follow up with our marketing manager, to catch new client contact info, to arrange a meeting to come to, an agreement with him for future work.iv. Conduct meetings with our current clients if necessary.- As Technical Manager:v. Review the necessary documents, whether inspector’s qualification records, tools calibration reports, and examination procedures that will be performed on the equipment based on its nature and intended use.vi. Review and update, or even create, the written procedures for our engineer which our inspector should follow during his job.vii. Follow up with the inspector himself about the inspection process, to maintain correct inspection procedures are applied correctlyviii. Review all the certs, and authorize the correct one to be issued and delivered to our clients by our available means whether it is in a hard copy or soft copy on our website, as arranged with our client.- As Instructor:ix. Create the courses that our company wants to provide to our client based on the arrangement between them.1. Define the scope of the course with our board.2. Create all the course content and present it to our board for final approval.3. Instruct the course to our clients’ delegates.4.       During this period, I was responsible for: -i. Receiving the job from our operation manager/ii. Contact the client’s focal point to get any further information, if required.iii. Assign the job to one of our inspection engineers, taking into consideration many criteria such as, his qualifications/certifications and ability to understand/meet this job requirement and how he will perform his duty as intended or required by our client.iv. Conduct a meeting, whether face to face or remotely by phone or any other means available, with our inspector, who is assigned to the required job, to give him all relative info about the job, and define all relevant tools that will be needed, which must be checked right away.v. Arrange the transportation of our team from our assembly point to the location where our client requested the job to be performed at.vi. Arrange any other permission that might be needed, based on the location of the required job.vii. Follow up with him during the job, to maintain performing this job, regarding our client request, to be at the most efficient as it can be, and avoid any delay or mismanagement that might happen.viii. Review the job timesheet with our engineer before submitting it to our client, to make sure it is meeting our financial agreement records, or any other predefined financial arrangement with our client, this might include me asking for confirmation from our operation manager if there is anything require that.ix. Arrange the transportation for our team to get back.x. Conduct post-job meeting with our engineer, by any means available, to define with him the equipment that has been inspected against the certs that he will create, which I will receive from him.xi. Review the certs after receiving them, and assign them to our secretary to finish the paperwork, whether printed or uploaded, based on our client's prearrangement with us.xii. Maintain all equipment and accessories in a good and safe state to be available and ready to perform their intended duty.ii. Conduct a toolbox talk at the beginning of each shift, to talk about the lifting operation that will be performed during that shift, and make sure that everyone, who holds a role in the lifting operation crew, has the minimum qualifications/certification and experience which enables him to perform his job efficiently without jeopardizing the whole operation to any risk.viii.       During this period, I conducted various types of inspections, and they are as follows: -- Lifting inspection for various types of lifting accessories such as: -o Slings, Shackles, eyebolts, turnbuckles, webbing slings, chains, chain slings, chain blocks, lever hoists, snatch blocks…. etc.- Lifting inspection for various types of equipment such as: -o Caravans, baskets, Skids according to BS 7072, BS EN 12079, BS EN ISO 10855, DNV 2.7, ISO 668 & 1161 &1496-1 & 6346.o Cranes such as :- Mobile Crane, Crawler Crane, Overhead Crane, Pedestal Crane, Tower Crane.o Others: -  Forklift Truck, Loader with Forks in Oil Rig, Scissor Lift, …etc.- Inspection for other types of equipment/items such as: -o Rig MAST & Sub Structure (MPI, CAT III according to API 4G). o Rig Equipment such as Crown Block Sheaves, Deadline Anchor, Travelling Block & Hook, Bushings, All Types of Elevators & Slips, …. etc. (MPI, CAT III & IV according to API 8B, API 7L).o Rig Safety Equipment such as Fall arrestors, safety harnesses, lanyards.- Inspection for Pad Eyes according to the manufacturer Specs.
