David was part of the SKM/EPCM team engaged to deliver the technical options for the Pilbara Power System Upgrade Project from Prefeasibility and Feasibility Study stages. This also included part of OoM which did not exist at the time we inherited the project thus requiring divergence of options and then convergence quickly identifying options for further investigation in PFS. David is a disciplined, and well respected leader in the industry. He always worked diligently ensuring client needs were met. He was a key member of the team that faced competing priorities, multiple aggressive deadlines and also multiple stakeholder objectives requiring robust engagement strategy. He held lead the technical engineers in delivering outcomes that were favorable both technically and strategically. The project delivered the ultimate option meeting client's business objectives with full endorsement received from the Investment Committee of Rio Tinto.
