  As photo chief at the Pocono Record I was responsible for scheduling photo assignment, maintaining supplies, editing images, helping to train new staff, as well as photographing a share of the daily assignments. It was a great job. I met a lot of terrific people. I learned a lot about interacting with different personalities, as well as handling many difficult photography situations. It was a terrific experience.
