Validate design changes for equipment or facilities, new building, new processing lines, new products, new packaging. new processing technologies. Attend external communications with FDA, USDA, SENASA, DIGESA, other regulatory organizations and customers. Manage the approval of suppliers for strategic supplies Manage the customer complaints and claims to the suppliers. Coordinate the continuous improvement plans with process managers. Lead implementation and maintenance of EMS, ETI-SMETA, IPM Sustainable Agriculture, IFS, BRC, Global Gap, TN10, BASC, Food Defense, Food Fraud, CTPAT, Non GMO, RTE. Manage the self-inspections, internal audits, third-party audits, finished product audits, operational methods, CCPs, 5s, lean manufacturing, process productivity, methods improvement, etc. Update the licenses, sanitary certifications and suscriptions to web sites for information exchange.
