Sep 2017 - Feb 2021
Selected to direct supply change and support the current development and preparation for future commercial production of autonomous automobiles. Led team of 22 individuals responsible for all Sourcing, Procurement, Planning, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Restructured organization, adjusted personnel roster, and retooled team vision to improve stakeholder alignment when creating $20M supply chain to support product development activities. Built supply chain for the entire autonomous automobile using agile methodology supporting quick turn, low-volume prototypes with parallel strategies able to scale above 8,000 units annually within 12 months lead time. Led negotiations with executives at $1B+ global Tier 1 automotive and electronics contract manufacturers to secure long-term supply commitments without a defined product development timeline. Implemented standardized contract templates, best practice sharing process, contract scorecard, and contract review cadence, reducing the liability risk and improving the indemnity positions of all resulting agreements. Standardized KPIs to allow for data driven assurance that all components and assemblies met safety, legal, quality, regulatory, and ethical requirements necessary to deploy a commercial vehicle on public roads. Sr Global Supply Manager - Soft Goods

Jul 2015 - Aug 2017
Asked to return by Apple VP to ensure continued growth and lead a global team of 22 across the United States, Taiwan, and China. Charged with supply chain of all Apple Soft Goods supporting the ~100 new iPhone, iPod, and Apple Watch accessories launched annually.
