Orchestrated efforts following supplier bankruptcy including recovering supply critical components among $40M+ of quarantined assets and then transferring operations to alternative suppliers. Partnered with Apple Finance to avoid core supplier bankruptcy through routine financial reviews to guide future decisions, including modified payment terms, future projects awards, and assistance for raw material financing. Successfully repurposed $25M+ in equipment assets rendered idle due to forecast adjustments, including navigating tax liability incurred when transferring assets between suppliers located in China.
