  When I was 14 my friend and I started working on a mobile app called Jumpin. Jumpin is a house party sharing mobile application, which lets you share your party and enjoy it with people you've never met before. You are able to select which parties you would like to go, or which guests you would like to attend your party. The result? Parties you've only seen in the movies before. I taught myself UI design, while my friend learned to code and we started to implement the idea. Three years ago our team has been selected to attend a 6 months long accelerator program by Kitchen Budapest, where qualified mentors helped us to improve our business plan, design, concept and market validation. I have learned about growth hacking, fundraising and the process of implementing a scalable idea. Thanks to the very well-known Hungarian news sites, such as Index.hu, Forbes, Origo and MTVA we appeared in the media as well, sometimes by making headlines. Our Facebook event, called Night of House Parties (the validation of the project) has attracted more than 11.000 people in 2016. Show less

  BusKW is a public transport advocacy group based in Kuwait. By marketing across multiple channels, we encourage the use of public transportation in Kuwait by all classes of society. To initiate the project, we collected all bus route data and have commenced collecting all schedules, stop positions and 360° imaging of the routes. Our team received a $100,000 grant from the Ministry of Youth. Now, an app showing stops, planning routes and tracking the buses live is under development. By making this information more accessible, we will benefit Kuwaiti society as a whole. As more people take the bus, less traffic congestion will be experienced, thereby reducing pollution and traffic-related fatalities and injuries. I’m responsible for the management of the frontend development team which consists of two developers and one designer. Show less
