Customer Support Manager

In my current position I take incoming phone calls and speak to customers who have faults with their mobility equipment. This predominantly involves Scooters, Powerchairs, Stairlifts and Rise & Recline chairs. If I'm unable to resolve the fault over the phone then I arrange for an engineer to visit that customer. We have three engineers and it's my position to manage them and their diaries for customer visits. This also involves scheduling services . Every day is different, we priorities motability customers and breakdowns that can lead to last second changes and rescheduling. You have to be able to keep a clear mind, adapt and make the amendments necessary.I accurately log calls onto our bespoke intranet system and update existing calls with notes from the engineers after they conduct a visit and I provide quotes to customers who need additional parts to fix their equipment.

L3Harris provides the airline industry with the highest quality of flight simulation devices and software. As a Planner my objective is to achieve a successful simulator build from start to finish. I produce data on a daily basis that highlights any challenges that could impact a project's completion advising on equipment that is unavailable or arriving too late. I create build plans that our Production team follows. It is imperative that we work as a team to achieve success and this involves collaboration with Project Managers, Production, Purchasing, Stores, Hardware Engineers and Software Engineers.
