  Tbilisi Open Air is the biggest music festival in the region of Caucasus. With an increasing capacity of 60 - 70 000, it is becoming one of the new major festivals in Eastern Europe. I promote the festival and exclusively book all artists on every stage. Besides choosing and booking over 350 acts in last 5 years (Highlights: Alt J, Franz Ferdinand, Placebo, Air, Damien Rice, Beth Hart, Infected Mushrooms, Steve Vai, etc.) i act as a head of musical production and artist management on the festival. Besides this, as a promoter of the festival, i deal with other responsibilities: - Estimating each year's budget and line-up - Increasing awareness of the festival around the globe - working on fundraising from sponsors / donors - strategic planning - building several teams for different fields of work on the festival - dealing with media and PR, etc. Each year we employ over 500 individuals, more than 100 from which (artist management, logistics, catering, backstage management, assistant bookers, etc.) are managed directly by me.
