In addition, I also managed the company’s portfolio of Intellectual Property including authoring/inventing applications and patent prosecution. I was extensively involved in the company’s Intellectual Property litigation (strategy, depositions, legal opinions)

The Enhanced Service Operation division was created as an independent profit center within the corporation—the goal of ESO was to generate PulsePoint Communication service revenues by facilitating market entry for new carriers. Consulted with network carrier customers in the areas of business planning, product positioning, market research, and product management.
