Maintained these programs through successful grant writing and developed new signature programs for the EFA (national) among these JobTech*.New Freedom Initiative(w/EEOC)* At present manage Client Services Programs also maintain member/client Database.Named National Affiliate Staff Member of the Year 2001* the New Freedom Initiative was originated by the Alabama Foundation in concert with EEOC and the EFA national office, Started as a local program with The Chair of EEOC and Congressional participation. * JobTech was a nationwide employment initiative involving five affiliates, the Alabama affiliate was the smallest of the affiliates.
