Dave and I were faced with the demanding project of reviving a neglected ISO 9001 program. To Dave's credit, he prepared two consecutive 90 day detailed action plans for three separate plant locations and executed those plans successfully. Lloyd's Registrar reinstated the ISO 9001 status at each facility in the fall of 2009. His focused attention to this project displayed his true dedication and ability.
