I helped implement their new CMS intarnet. This entailed doing research on what other companies are using and doing with their CMS's. Once that was done I interviewed company heads to see what they might want in the new CMS. Once all the planning was done i started designing the CMS on SharePoint. Then once that was inplace I made sure that all the users permissions where correct and we rolled it out. I helped implement their new CMS intarnet.
