Everything I would do in a long-term care facility except more responsibility for monitoring feeding tubes, vital signs, Accu-Checks, and calling the doctor with any abnormal reading. Monitor all abnormal behaviors from the patient, any falls, or abnormal physical activity for the patient 24/7. Constant charting with general to all testing, lung sounds, and skin integrity and for pressure sores that never was an issue under my care.
