  UPEF, a non-profit organization, provides reliefs and counseling services to grassroots families in the inner city. It advocates cross-sectorial collaboration approach to care the poor. Accomplishments:1. Oversaw bi-monthly newsletter publications and distribution processes. Over 25,000 newsletters are issued yearly and distributed to individuals, churches, schools and other charities. 2. Facilitated Flag Day Fundraising project by collaborating with internal and external parties, from applying for the event to writing invitation letters to volunteers. 3.
