Dave is a delight to work with. He's tough on requirements, he's fluid in his approach and adaptable which means he gets the best results for his project and those involved, and he manages to keep everyone happy along the way. Whatever the challenge Dave sees a way to achieve and makes it enjoyable for everyone; I'd trade many projects to work with Dave again. He's credible, great at getting difficult situations resolved quickly and able to be flexible in his own approach in order to accommodate others preferences gracefully.

Dave is a creative youth work manager, whose project has been very successful. He has raised funds for additional work, managed budgets tightly and above all gained the respect of countless young people he has worked with.
