I worked with David in the Programmes team at Ascent Flight Training. He took responsibility and leadership for several complex programmes involving aircraft modification and provision. I admired his tenacity in moving a programme forward that involved a number of key stakeholders with different drivers. His programme management skills were evident in all the engagements I had with him. He reported progress accurately and clearly. He could highlight the key issues to be overcome and adopted a strategic view on how to progress activities. David is a team player, he is inclusive and gains the trust of stakeholders through collaboration. His ability to work to a common goal and understanding is fantastic a strength. I can highly recommend David and will welcome the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

I worked with David for 6 months on a Programme Management Office tender response where he was the Proposal Manager. David was able to coordinate the proposal process in line with industry best practice, coach and organise the proposal team diligently in line with our proposal strategy. I have no hesitation in recommending David given his strong technical background, in addition to this he is extremely approachable and a team player.

      • Promotional Opportunities: Given extra responsibility such as being in charge of the department while manager was absent and doing stock order pads. I was approached by the Store Manager asking if I would be interested in becoming an Assistant Night Manager, declining due to my acceptance into university. • Customer Satisfaction: Offering ‘HOT’ service (Hello, Offer, Thank) during customer interaction adapting the way I treated each customer depending on the differing situations • Visual Merchandising: Ensuring shelves looked clean, tidy and full of correct stock. • Product Knowledge: Being able to show customers the correct product; being able to tell them the differences between certain products and going as far as saying which one is the better value money for product.
