David started on the machines as a helper to an operator. Within a short time he showing interest to become an operator. He came to the shift that I managed for training and pretty much green. It was a position that he would take to very quickly. Having not worked with computer numeric controlled machines before there were mistakes made in the start. David took complete ownership and continued his path of learning. To the point where with simple suggestions he would work through issues. He continued to develop his skills, graduating to several machines in his wheel house. With the hard work, he is now recognized as a top operator on the shift that he was transferred to. David is well liked and respected by his piers, has a level headed approach when facing difficult tasks and has the drive to do his best. I would recommend David as he has shown the qualities that every employer looks for in potential candidates. I wish in all the best for him in his future.
