David is probably one of the best managers I have had the pleasure of working with and wish I could work with again. Not only is he a fabulous motivator but he understands that he needs to allow his team to do their job and be their support system without micro-managing them. He allows you to thrive in your work environment and his easy going manner is a pleasure to be around. I am proud to be able to consider him a friend as well and have enjoyed spending time with he and his beautiful family.

Working for David Sank was probably one of the most rewarding times in my career in Consumer Products. His many years in Product Marketing brought an expansive intelligence to the team at Oneida, and he was quick to teach and share anything he could with his team. David's approach to Marketing Research can not be described as anything but rare. He had an ability to take analytical research to a level that sparked enthusiasm and excitement in the members of our Marketing team. David's passion is paramount in delivering an end product that any corporation would be proud of. As a manager, he was always professional and thorough, and showed genuine kindness, care and respect for his team. I grew exponentially in my professional career while working for David and I can only hope to be lucky enough to work for him again. David would be a true asset to any company.
