I have worked with David Arnold for five years at Incarnation Church. During that time our church building, school buildings, and social hall went through some intense renovations each year. As part of my team, he assisted me and my staff to continue our daily and weekend operations despite the disruption due to construction. Dave has proven that he is able to handle projects under pressure and maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor. His ability to manage his staff and collaborate with heads of various departments and our Pastor, while trying to accommodate for our diverse facility needs is a challenge which he handles with ease and the upmost concern for the needs of those we are trying to serve in our community. He handles it all; from fixing an electrical need to digging up a sewer pipe for repair himself, he is quick to problem solve! He has demonstrated himself as someone who can "think on his feet" and perform promptly and within budget constraints to provide quality product and service. Dave Arnold is an asset to any organization that requires a competent and talented facility manager.
