I have had the opportunity to work closely with David Russell at the First Special Forces Group (Airborne) for over four years and can attest to his outstanding character and work ethic. Working with David has inspired me to achieve higher goals, because he encouraged me to reach out past my boundaries. When I asked, David gave helpful criticisms of my work and then would volunteer to help me implement the solutions to improve. He is an intelligent and reliable team player who could always be counted on to put in more than his share of the work. After normal hours, David could often be found at the office putting the "finishing touches" on his next project. Regardless of deadlines or other pressure, David always delivers. His superior organizational skills make him the consummate multi-tasker. He is consistently pleasant, and takes on all assignments with enthusiasm and dedication. I wish that all my co-workers had his attitude.
