  Arrow fresh was borne out of Covid with a choice of 3 fruit and vegetable boxes which we supplied to our local community , we quickly grew into an online supermarket supplying the nation with over 3000 lines . We deliver to suit and as early as same day , and we do not quote two weeks for an available slot , we deliver 7 days a week . We are different with a complete ethos on customer service , going the extra mile and really. Caring about our customers . We are not Amazon , Tesco , Sainsbury Asda or Morrison we are a local business with a committed and excited team of people who are committed to our vision . We know our customers , our customers are real people not just an algorithm, they are called Allison , Cheryl , Demetrie, Lisa , Graham etc , we answer the phone and actually speak to people , no complicated system to get through to us we give people what they want , at a price that is competitive, we buy our produce from local suppliers at a cost that is sustainable to them and allows us to be competitive, we also believe that from farm to fork we do less road miles than anyone else , we are good for the environment and where possible we are plastic free .
