  This internship came about through a connection from Building Bridges to Career who got me in touch with Councilman Geoff Schenkel to help address the transit concerns that were present in Marietta. This connection has lead to weekly meeting with Public Safety Director Steve Wetz and Councilman Schenkel. The process required establishing connections with stakeholders within the region, ongoing research, and establish a plan for the transit system moving forward.
