Since joining DLM in 2012, David Rausch has been a valuable and indispensable asset to the firm as Specifier and Quality Control Architect. David is highly skilled at performing thorough quality control reviews of architectural and consultant documents during the DD and CD phases of projects. He is responsible for developing and coordinating Project Manuals for technical content, and works closely with project teams to evaluate and select the products, components, and building systems to be specified. David has significant experience in Construction Administration, and enthusiastically applies this knowledge base in performing detailed quality control reviews, submittal reviews, and in preparing specifications.
