      I am the Interim Police Chief with the Oil City Police Department with over 20 years of experience in Oil City and over 26 years’ experience in investigations. During those years, I have had extensive experience in various types of investigations, from traffic violations to include capital crimes of homicides. I am experienced with conducting interviews, evidence collection and writing various reports and using the City ordinances to Crimes Code to make arrest or correct the various offenses that happen. I am proficient in writing grants and follow up reports to state agencies. I am a certified School Resource Officer in the Oil City School District as well as six other school Districts. In that time, I conducted classes to thousands of students and staff, in such areas as safety, Highway Safety, Terrorism, D.A.R.E. Program, and several other fields. I have supervised shifts and special details over the years. At present, I readily supervise first shift on a weekly basis. I am also the City of Oil City’s Supervising Safety Investigator. I do extensive work on computers.       I was Supervisor in charge of a team consisting of ten personnel providing for the training and welfare of his team and maintenance of the teams’ equipment.
