All existing building systems must remain in operation during all works. Sample and technical submissions to Client and record any comments from samples and status of technical submissions. Submit request for information, attend weekly design meetings to resolve outstanding RFI’s and acknowledge any engineering instructions issued by Client. Request and attend inspection and handover of installations (containment, cable install etc.) to clients specifications Manage of all EMCOR’s direct sub-contractors and oversee all of contract 3 (LOR) and their sub-contractors are working in a safe manner (assess RAMS).
