  Besides my bartending shifts I was also responsible for ordering Beer, wine, and liquor, writing Wine and Martini Lists scheduling Bar Staff and supervising entire staff including the bartenders, servers and cooks. Performed a weekly inventory of Beer, Wine and Liquor and prepared a variance report as well as a Pour Cost Report using my own "BarChek" software.
