Hats have been a long-time passion of mine, and many of my friends and colleagues that know me are usually able to recognize me out of the crowd by my signature fedoras. I joined Parker Melvin at Falcon Park Hattery in 2015-ish to pursue one of my passions, making custom hats. Falcon Park Hattery specializes in custom fedoras for men and women. The women's hats are basically the same, except the ribbon is flipped to the other side. :) Our services are custom tailored to your head, so our fedoras come in a wide range of colors, sizes, and styles. As Senior Project Design Specialist, I coordinated and managed the entire sales process from prospecting to closing integrated residential and commercial solutions throughout the Southeast that improve lifestyles using innovative, high-end, and luxury electronics. I designed company-wide sales tools for project scopes, such as Excel proposals and analytic spreadsheets that have helped shorten sales cycles and forecast profitability. Team focused with management experience of multiple large scale projects, providing design documentation and responsibilities to contractor partners for project implementation. From 2004 to 2009 I demonstrated consistent profit margin, total profit, and revenue growth YOY, receiving multiple sales awards and bonuses. In 2008 I became the first GHT individual sales rep to generate $1mil total annual revenues, a personal goal and achievement. I have continued to grow my annual revenues from 2010 to 2012. Much of my business was generated within a showroom environment, over the phone, web, and client referrals. I've developed creative retail merchandising and product marketing / placement strategies to increase revenue by enhancing brand awareness and service offerings. In 2011 I led a team to convert our conference room to a large showcase room to demonstrate more solutions, generate revenue, and provide a more engaging experience for potential customers. Interior design was also important in my day to day work. I prepared 3-dimensional room renderings and plans with Google SketchUp for clients that required visual representations of how their completed environment would look. This helped me close significant business and land unique jobs. It's been a joy over the years to forge and develop such great relationships with my valued clientele; such as high profile doctors, lawyers, executives, and celebrities. I worked at AWS in high school and college; it certainly helped prepare me for a professional future in operations, project management, sales, and customer relationships.
