  Submits accurate and releasable deployment orders for USFF non-afloat forces. Orders are submitted an average of five working days upon receipt of orders from higher authority directing a new deployment, or a major or emergent change to an existing deployment based on the command's guidelines for promulgation of orders. Deployment orders provide the authoritative direction to subordinate commands to deploy forces in support of the USFF mission of generating ready forces for assignment to Combatant Commanders. Technical proficiency in use of message writing software, DMS/JOPES, and document research of Global Force Management Implementation Guidance - Forces For tables and Unified Command Plan Publications. Also submits orders for USFF afloat forces. Orders are submitted to supervisor within 35 days of rotational force deployments and within an average of three working days upon receipt of orders from higher authority directing a new or change to an existing deployment. Submits Prepare To Deploy Orders (PTDO) and deployment orders for USFF worldwide forces. Orders are submitted within eight hours of direction for forces in support of emergent Combatant Commander demands. USFF Global Force Management supports crisis response to all Combatant Commanders and includes, but not limited to, forces prepared to, or deployed in support of Defense Support to Civil. Authorities (DSCA), Humanitarian Assistance, Disaster Recovery, Homeland Defense, and emergent Requests For Forces beyond rotational sourcing. Cooperation and teamwork is the major contributing factor. Must rapidly assess, both within USFF and subordinate Commands, capability to meet Combatant Commander emergent demand, define command relationships, and develop record message traffic to place forces in alert (i.e. PTDO) and/or deploy those forces.
