  PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AND AGILE DEVELOPMENT API Developer Portal | 2017 - Present As the Product Owner of the external API platform of the bank, I’m leading a team of Product Managers and developers in an Agile development environment to deliver the following: Productize the API platform by identifying ways to monetize and establish APIs as a service that can be offered to external partners. What once was an internal solution to the improve efficiency within the bank’s system is now viable revenue stream for the bank. Build and maintain both the API and client base to support the bank’s drive towards digital transformation and open collaboration. Work with various departments within the bank to expose various banking/financial functionalities and expand the API catalogue. The platform now boasts more than a hundred APIs that offers both banking and non-banking functionalities. Engage with external partners (fintechs, enterprises, tech companies) to either serve them as API consumers, to provide streamlined seamless solutions and empower their platforms by leveraging on ready APIs that we offer, or collaborate with them to be API providers, to provide a platform where they can showcase their own set of services and functionalities. BUSINESS AND PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Fintech Engagements | 2016 - 2017 Collaborated with both local and foreign fintechs to conceptualize, develop, and deliver innovative financial products and services.
