David Pardoe is the best manager that I have been fortunate enough to work for/with and is a solid, balanced and intelligent professional. I worked for him at a client for a few months before making the easy decision to join his Business Analytics team. As well as being thoroughly knowledgable and experienced in the Analytics field he works well with clients and demonstrates his ability to empathise with their needs and concerns. He is a good leader, manager and role model with genuine care for those in his team. He has both the character and integrity which meant I was always able to speak with him honestly - whether it was about the good or the bad - and he would always make time for those in his team, which is an admirable quality. Although my personal path took a different route away from Analytics, I took a lot away from my time working with David and have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him for current and future ventures, and would welcome the opportunity to work with him again.

I had the opportunity to work with David in an engagement with a major European financial institution. The engagement was around developing a knowledge creation and sharing capability to support the organization. The area was new to the client and required David to be creative in proposing engagement models from a strategic, operational, technical and business perspectives. David really rose to the challenge and did a tremendous job in coming up with a proof of concept phase to test and confirm the value proposition and build on that to develop a vision and model for an on-going capability. I was impressed with his ability to balance client expectations and delivery, attention to details and razor sharp focus on the value proposition
