  I have used my 30 years of law and business experience to help manage and grow Oliver & Co Solicitors into the successful firm it is today. In 2000, I joined the firm to specialise in Personal Injury litigation and since than I have successfully handled claims for compensation for hundreds of clients.Since 2017 I have taken a step back from practising law and now I perform a more managerial role in the firm. The company has grown from strength to strength and now specialises in several areas of law: Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Industrial Disease, Family Law, Wills & Probate, Conveyancing as well as Commercial Law and Commercial Property.I am proud to have instigated some key initiatives including developing business and marketing strategies; subscribing to an independent review platform to showcase our client experience; leading a firm wide corporate social responsibility programme; contributing to successful local networking groups; investing in a specialist company conveyancing app and text survey feedback system and more.
