Improve performance and efficiency in the warehouse with focus on KPI's while ensuring procedures and processes are followed. Planning and management of the Inventory team, ensuring stock accuracy and regular cycle counts are completed. Key member in the project to introduce and bring automation to the Kit Order process within the 220 000 sq ft warehouse facility in Blackburn. Show less
