  I was a bartender and server at Gullifty's for two months just before I spent the rest of my summer studying abroad in Cambridge. This establishment had just lost the majority of its staff, as many of them were students at the University of Villanova and the school year had just ended, so I quickly had to learn how to juggle multiple tables at once. In addition to this I developed skills in salesmanship and customer service.   During the summer of 2021 I worked as an assistant to Shay Inc. project managers and carpenters, learning how they manage sub-contractors around scheduling, physical logistics of the busy streets of Philly, materials, and client relations. I also had a few opportunities to shadow the company President and Vice President, learning how they match their project managers and their accompanying strengths to certain projects and clients.
