  Looking after the people and process behind the quality and development of the Aurion HR software.Responsibilities & Achievements- Delivery lead for two agile teams, conducting all SCRUM ceremonies.- Developed testing strategy for CI/CD workflow.- Test Chapter lead, working and training manual and automated testers. Also performing line manager duties such as 1 on 1’s and performance reviews.- Prior to recent changes, I managed the two teams consisting of 13 people from a line manager standpoint. This included UX Designers, Development, Testers, DevOps roles.
