Nelson is a student leader at INTI International University where I am currently the manager of the Student Learning Centre. The Centre supports student learning by conducting weekly study skill and learning strategy workshops. Nelson is a keen student who often volunteer to co-train and motivates students at my workshops. He has been an effective assistant as he is impactful in his leadership and has inspired many students who attended our workshops. I have so much confidence in Nelson that in 2014, 2015 and 2016 I invited him to be one of the trainers to conduct training sessions for participants at the Student Learning Centre Study Camps. At these camps Nelson who act as the principle coordinator of the camp and he also trained students on Communication skills. In 2014 and 2015 I got him to conduct Academic Writing Workshops for the students in this campus. Nelson is reliable and responsible who put in effort to prepare his training materials. His workshops are interesting, hands-on and engaging. Students interacted readily in his workshops and many are inspired and benefited from his contributions.
