I have worked with David in a collaborative capacity between Telstra and his organisation under NDA to create a new innovative product Adapt S1. Not only was David was very respectful of the NDA which indicates ethics is important to him, but he was a valued source of insight in how we constructed the product such that it met customer and channel needs. Over a period of 12-18 months David was a critical contributor to the product design and then importantly how to take the product to market and validate and sign up customers. This is not an insignificant effort when you are not only dealing with a MVP agile built product, but a complex network product through a pandemic and with a large corporate. We knew with David leading this effort because of his deep technical skills, appreciation for the complexity faced and excellent relationship building skills with customers, that we didn't need to worry about engaging customers letting us focus on building the product. There are plenty of strategic business development capabilities out there but David is a cut above the rest especially when it comes to solving business critical, complex network and security engineering problems that many IT organisations face today. He understands nuances, is completely pragmatic but most of all, always wants to do the right thing by the customers he serves.

David was instrumental in helping us secure our first customer, as well as guiding our product development to ensure a win-win-win outcome, for Telstra, Telstra's partners and most importantly our shared customers.
