• Dealt with problems which arose in policies when policyholders were either overcharged or undercharged. • Used macros to calculated these over/under- charging's and processed unit journals to keep track of how much we undercharged or how much we should return to the policyholder. • Created my own macro for one such issue which was to be used in the future for that issue. • Worked in tandem with my teammates on group projects while constantly learning. • Created a database which consisted of all unit journal details processed up to December 2012. • Tested new models created by teammates.
