My work has included these historical walking tour maps of Sydney districts: PRESERVATION (Glebe), PASSION (Kings Cross/Potts Point), PORT (Pyrmont) and PARADE (Oxford Street); more than 10,000 copies of each have been printed for distribution through City Council offices and Sydney Visitor Centres, and they are also available online. As User Engagement and Content Researcher, my role was to improve the app's machine-learning and natural language processing algorithms by reviewing the results on our bespoke content management system. I provided fast editing and quick turnaround times, and worked closely with our developers as the app and its 'back-end'​ evolved. I was a member of the Content Concierge team, who worked across multiple time zones 24/7 to ensure Hugo's AI delivered quality Hugo briefs to users, on time. Show less
