  My role as a Hub Ops Supervisor was to ensure that my work group maintained and exceeded expectations set by my superiors in the realms of safety, quality, and performance. The size of the work group was between 5 and 12 union laborers. I oversaw and instructed on the nature of their work which was the manual sorting and loading of packages from conveyor systems into several different trailer units.
