  When the environmental market became flooded and government rebates subsided David decided to directly target residential maintenance plumbing forming Fox Plumbing. After a short time discovered the need for a large database of clients to sustain the progress of the business. With the view of exiting the plumbing business in the forseeable future he then sought out and acquired a real estate plumbing maintenance business. Growing this section of the business in a short period of time he then decided to consolidate and sell Fox Plumbing

Work consisted of subsurface drainage (sewer and stormwater), manhole construction, large diameter water mains (blue brute, poly) and within buildings water reticulation, suspended drainage and fixture fitoff.
