Perform the NIH Stroke Scale; facilitate rapid treatment, and/or disposition with team members.• Competent in complete medical management of neurologically critical patients including: neurologic assessment, telemetry, CVP, monitoring; Brain shifts/brain edema, managing vasoactive medications, hyperosmolar therapy, mechanical ventilation, serial neurologic exam, EVD evaluation, altered sodium states (such as CSW or DI), post aneurysm clipping, etc.Project: • Created a comprehensive neuro critical care documentation document for daily neuro-critical care management.
